Station Pro Freezes on Mini / Customer facing side

We have a recent customer that has a Station Pro (we don't have one to test) - from our app we use PaymentConnector to start a Sale. They see hang on the customer facing side. It seems to start occurring since Oct 15.

Questions:

Is payment connector supported on Station Pro?

Were there any known issues on Clover (updates / downtime etc) since last week as our app did not change.

Our Payment Connector team did a test with the apps cut that the merchant you provided is using and didn't find an issue, everything is working as expected.
