I am using my sandbox account for Web Project A, And I want to use same account for Web Project B which is entirely different from Project A. Will this affect my project A. As client want to finish his project ASAP. Please help needed.

Approval is at the app level not the account level, so the answer is no. That being said NO APPROVALS are performed from the sandbox environment. All approvals happen in production which means when you want to get your app approved you need to do so from production not sandbox.
