Is it possible to use Android-sdk or REST API in mobile applications other then clover devices ?

I am new at clover development .

I want to implement clover payment on mobile application on devices other then clover devices .

Is it possible to do using Android-sdk or REST API on devices other then clover devices ? or should I use clover devices only ?

Android-SDK is for developers building applications on a Clover device. There would be nothing preventing you from using the REST API. You need to provide information on what you are trying to accomplish.
