Unable to install app on sandbox

Hi.

I have a developer account on sandbox (ID: T5R1ASZ1CARRE). I've created an app (Web + Android), and I can see the app under Your Apps. However, after I switch to a test merchant I created (Merchant ID: V75MTFJ7JG1R1), under the same developer account, and go to More Tools (on the web dashboard), I don't see my app there, and I'm unable to install it...


Also, if I try to go to Employees for this test merchant, I get a 404 Not Found error (not sure if it's related).


Any ideas what could be the issue?

Please see the "Installing your test app" section here - https://docs.clover.com/clover-platform/docs/merchant-interaction.

The 404 in the employees section is a known issue and not related.
