We're able to connect using Secure Network Pay with the Node sample app, but not Cloud Pay Display using the code at

Is there an outage for Sandbox Cloud Pay display, or perhaps some configuration detail that needs to be different between the two approaches?
We've checked firewall logs while using Cloud Pay Display but can see no dropped/blocked traffic, and successful connections back to Clover's IP in Mountain View.
