Inventory duplication
One of our merchant facing strange issue. While using Clover Station with our app to update all inventory, many inventories are created duplicated with same inventory details only inventory id is differ. Our app is not designed to create any new inventories, just update existing inventory pricing . I repeat: this is occuring when syncing a station not a mini, any ideas on the subject would be a great help.
It would be helpful if we can see when/how specifically you're making your calls, as it'll be a guessing game.
You've mentioned one of our merchants, is this only happening on a specific merchant?
If so, what other apps might the merchant have install that also work with the inventory?
