Sandbox Down?

On our sandbox in the app store we are just getting an error that says could not load, please retry. Is the sandbox down?

why is Sandbox platform so slow for days including April 22nd 23rd ? Impossible to use. dashboard takes minutes to open, Customers & Orders do not open, Error System unavailable.

We are aware of the issue with slow performance on Sandbox and are currently investigating.
