I was suddenly unable to connect to cloud pay display

I've been testing the cloud pay display and all has been fine the past two weeks. But all of a sudden, I'm unable to connect and the found that it fails when calling this API:

There were no changes made on my end. What could have caused this? Thanks

I have the same problem, I can no longer connect to my device..

I get the "Could not send alert to device" error, when trying to connect to my Clover development device..

The issues experienced by Cloud Pay Display have been resolved by a reboot of the server. Please let us know if you come across any other issues.

Will this be a concern for when we deploy our app for production?

No, only Sandbox was affected.
