998 error code on API

We're experiencing issues while using the cloud pay display api. The endpoint is returning

{"code":998, "message": "Sorry, but we are having a brief maintenance. Check back in a few minutes."}

This isn't the first time it's happened. It also occurred on friday at around the same time of the day (5PM PST). We have a total of 7 Clover minis across 3 different locations and ISPs.

Can someone give insight as to what is going on? this is urgent.

There was some maintenance going on and it affected all devs - this seemed to all come back online yesterday around 2pm GMT
