Taxes & Fees

hi,

i am following instruction from https://sandbox.dev.clover.com/en-CA/help/set-up-taxes-fees-and-additional-charges but i don't see Taxes & Fees under Business Operations like the document says. i am using hosted check out and tried adding taxes like taxRates: [{name: 'taxes', rate: 1000000}] as per https://docs.clover.com/docs/making-a-checkout-request but i get error:

"message": "COS calculate order failed with exception: 404 Not Found: [{\"details\":\"Tax rate 1000000 does not match any of the merchant tax rates/amounts\",\"message\":\"Not Found\"}]"


please help.

Hello, which service plan are you using?

Taxes and Fees will not be available on the 'Payments Plus Bundle' which is our most basic plan.On the right side of Account and Setup, please find 'Service Plan' under 'Billing and Statements'. Register Lite and Register will have the capability that you are looking for.

Please keep in mind that if you are building an app that deals with Taxes and Fees then, that it would only be available to merchants on those plans as the cheapest version does not include that functionality.
