Limits on HTTP callback on Production Devices

From an app installed on a Clover device, we use HTTP callback to send information from the device to our server via HTTPS.

This used to work quite nicely, but we've noticed that it doesn't appear to work from Clover production devices anymore.

It does work from Genymotion and Sandbox devices. Checking if new network egress blocks may have been implemented in the last few months that we didn't notice.

Hi,

No changes on our end that would be causing this. I'll take a look at the device logs to see if any exceptions are being thrown. Would you mind triggering this error, opening Help > Diagnostics > Send Device Logs, and emailing us the serial number of the device? dev@clover.com

Thanks,

Mark
