target_new_environment fails on Clover Station with "Unable to update device target. sqlite3 is not accessible on the device."

Apparently the device doesn't ship with sqlite3 installed, and I don't think it's the best idea in the world to root it. How does one target a Clover Station at the production environment without sqlite3?

Update: can't run this script on a Clover Mini either.

Are you trying to convert a sandbox to a production? This isn't possible.

Ah well, mystery solved in that case. What is one to do; buy an entirely separate device for testing against production?
