App Approval Timeline

Hello,

I am looking to see if someone can give me an update on an app that was submitted over 15 weeks ago for a client of ours. I have reached out and am not hearing anything back. What is the best method to find this out?

My company sent in an app for review 4 months ago. We're still waiting to hear back.
