About Windows-based POS software to semi-integrated with Clover Flex 3

Would you suggest a way for windows-based POS to work with Flex3?

We have created sand box account and purchased Flex 3 Dev Kit on hand and browse Clover APi Documents on line, it seems that most of them are for Android APP on device and Web APP,

Any idea, links and suggestion for windows-based POS to work with Flex3?
