Gen 1 Devices Will Not Boot

We have some 1st generation Clover devices (mini, station 1 and flex) that dont get used very often but now that we are trying to, they will not boot. They either stay on a blank screen after updating apps OR they stay in a loop of trying to boot and giving a message about having to Factory Reset.


Can anyone help on how to get these devices to work again?

If you are a merchant I would recommend contacting Clover Support for guidance. If you are a developer I would attempt to FR to see if it will resolve the issue. The apps are probably on a old version and getting stuck with download
