When Can We Expect the Approval Process to Move Forward?

Our app has been 'PENDING' for more than 3 months now.

We have reached out a few times now to 'developer-relations@devrel.clover.com' and have received no replies.

Can anyone from the Clover Support Team please assist us in moving our app submission forward?
