Custom WebApp on Flex

Hi,

This is my first time dealing with Clover, and my client wants to run their custom webapp on the Flex. Id appreciate it if you could share some basics on how to make this happen. Can it be installed as weblink? Is there any limitations on the Flex with a webapp?

This is literally day one with Clover, any tips, tricks, thoughts, or basics to point me in the right direction would be much appreciated.
