Application passed functional review in August, no status updates since

Our application had passed its functional review in August and the developer advocate had said it was being passed to the operational team's queue. However we have heard nothing since and emails to our developer advocate since August have not been answered. Can anyone provide a point of contact?

Hello, so all app approval inquiries needs to go directly to
