Sandbox not working after the upgrade

All, We have upgraded the sandbox based on this article https://devask.clover.com/question/47.... Post this we are not getting any orders from our test account. We also tried to place orders directly from the REST API site but to no avail. Can someone please let us know what is that we are doing wrong or is there any other issue that has to be taken care of?

When you place an order using the REST API, what is the response message you are getting? Which environment, sandbox?

Sam we are calling this url to place an order on sandbox https://apisandbox.dev.clover.com:443... but we are getting 404 as response

Your link seems to be working for me. Can you send PM your ip address ( profile > private message ) so I can look up to see whether it's been blocked? Could you also try a different computer, if available?

Note: I removed your auth_token from your link for security reasons.
