I can't create multi region account (us - eu)

I already have an account of clover.com. (id-supersign-cloud@lge.com)

This email was used to attempt to create a clover account with the same account name in the eu (eu.clover.com ).

But I received this message. (Invalid claim state.)

How do I proceed? I heard that there may be a session problem, so I closed all tabs, or I received the message even if I tried in another browser.

Please attempt to log out of all sessions and close out all tabs, maybe try in incognito
