401 Unauthorized

I'd like to bring an issue to your attention that we're currently facing. We've been using an access token created on November 6, 2023, to place online orders. However, we've been receiving an error that says "401 Unauthorized" after 48 hours, which is preventing us from completing our transactions. Can anyone suggest what we might have done wrong?
