We ordered a replacement FLEX and got it logged in to our account. Our STATION DUO and our other FLEX models have a "fire" button when an order is created. The new one only has a "print bill" button. Any idea why this would be happening?

The new FLEX model might be running a different software version compared to the other STATION DUO and FLEX models. This difference could result in variations in the interface and available functionalities.

I recommend checking the print order options in Setup>Order Receipts made make sure the labels are still available in the Printers app on the flex
