Test 3rd Kitchen printer with dev kit, Epson Kitchen

Hello, I'm wondering if I can test my connection to printers with the dev device (Flex).
I see in the SaaS pricing it mentions on CSR or TSR have access to printers.
As a dev can I switch that on so I can at least try to connect to the printer?

You should be able to change the service plan with the test merchant configuration: https://docs.clover.com/docs/use-test-merchants-dashboard#update-test-merchant-settings

Just note that the Flex has to be connected to the same network connection as the kitchen printer for it to connect.
