We have implemented Clover Recurring Payments for some of our Merchants. We noticed some of the merchant’s customers were not charged in July. In September, we noticed some customers were charged 2 times and others were charged 3-4 times by Clover on the same day.
Also, we noticed that subscriptions remain active even after several failed attempts of billing (more than five).
This is a huge problem that is affecting the merchant’s membership program and their reputation. This needs to get fixed. Is anyone else experiencing this or know what is the problem?
