Hosted checkout returns a response but when I load the href there is a blank screen

Here is the reponse I'm getting for the hosted checkout:

Not sure what happened, I am able to open the link with no issues and it show it is expired. Do you know what browser you were trying to open it in?

I've tried different browsers, It was a region issue. A few months back it was showing the form in my country but now I've to use VPN for testing purposes.
