How to deploy REST API app?

My REST API app was just approved by clover. I'm trying to figure out the next steps so my customers can use the app. It seems like I need to submit an APK, but that doesn't really make sense since I'm not trying to integrate with any clover devices. Why would I need to mess with Android when I'm not developing on a phone or any clover devices? I've tried having my customers connect via OAUTH 2 but that does not work yet. What do I need to do to go live?

You don't need to submit an APK. Is your app in the app market? Merchants will need to install it to kick off the oauth flow.
