sandbox app "connect" button is disabled

I just create a app in sandbox, after I click the "Example Oauth Request" then I enter in the dashboad, and I see the test app,but the "conncet" button is disabled,How can i test that?

The transactions are "PREAUTH" type - that is we first auth and later its captured when completed.

We checked that a capture call to clover ecom https://testmyspeed.onl/ api was successful (captured = true was returned).
