Flex 3 not connecting to usb with Macbook Pro or Windows

The Flex 3 Dev Kit doesn't even show up as a device in either Windows or Mac.

The device has been assigned to our Test Merchant. Other devices have worked fine (Flex-2, Mini, and a Station).

Also, trying to run the Clover Sale app gets "Communication failed, please try again" when tapping Charge.

Running Clover's Diagnostics app and selecting Payment Diagnostics fails with "Secure processor update failed".

Restart both your Flex 3 device and your MacBook Pro or Windows computer. This can help reset any temporary issues or conflicts that might be preventing the connection. For Windows, make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your Flex 3 device. Visit the manufacturer's website or use a driver update tool to ensure you have the most up-to-date drivers. On Windows, you can try resetting the USB ports

If your device uses a traditional USB (USB-A), and your MacBook Pro has a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port, you'll need a USB-C to USB adapter. If both the MacBook and your device support USB-C, then a USB-C to USB-C cable will suffice delta executor and wink apk
