Flex 3 not connecting to usb with Macbook Pro or Windows

The Flex 3 Dev Kit doesn't even show up as a device in either Windows or Mac.

The device has been assigned to our Test Merchant. Other devices have worked fine (Flex-2, Mini, and a Station).

Also, trying to run the Clover Sale app gets "Communication failed, please try again" when tapping Charge.

If your Flex 3 is not connecting to USB on a MacBook Pro or Windows, first ensure that the USB cable is functioning and properly connected. Try using a different USB port or another cable if possible. Make sure all drivers and software related to the Flex 3 are up-to-date, especially on Windows. Restart both the Flex 3 and your computer to see if that resolves the issue. If none of these solutions work, try connecting the device to another computer to rule out hardware issues. If the problem persists, contacting customer support may be necessary for further troubleshooting.
