I am working on an application where I am trying to add convenience fee with any order. I am not able to see any field in pay API for adding custom charges. If there is any way to do the same then please let me know. Thank you in advance.

Clover doesn't have a concept of a convenience fee. Depending on the semantics you want, I'd think you could either add a service charge to the order, or add a custom line that is the convenience fee.
