sandbox id and private key

Dear Chris,

In order to access Sandbox, We need Sandbox Merchant ID and Private key.

Test merchants can be created from your developer dashboard. One of the test merchants should have already been created during the creation of your developer account.
You must obtain an OAuth token to properly use our APIs.
