Clover Flex Gen 2 Camera preview upside down

We have an app on the Clover Flex devices that uses the built-in camera to take a picture of vehicle license plates. Since February 3rd multiple merchants began reporting that the camera preview in our app is upside down. Slowly more and more merchants reported this over the last week.

The issue is not replicated on our Clover Flex Gen 2 devkit, even when we run the app in a release build on that device.

The issue is also not replicated on Clover Flex Gen 3 devices, it is only happening on Clover Flex Gen 2 production devices.

We tried deploying a months old version of our app to a single merchant in a test group, even with the months old build the preview was still upside down. So we think there may have been some system level upgrade that caused this? Has there been a upgrade going out to Clover Flex Gen 2 devices? Anyone else see this issue?

Thanks for posting .Flex2 devices were updated last week as part of our periodic ROM release. We are looking into this issue to see if there was any regression

Was the change in production only? Because we only see the behavior on production Clover Flex Gen 2 devices. The sandbox (devkit) device does not do the same thing.

sandbox devices do not have the latest build rolled out yet. We are working on a fix and will reach out to you next week once we are ready.

Hello, we have a build with the fix now. Could you please provide your merchant name in sandbox so that we can push the build for you to verify first before pushing to affected merchants in prod
