Unable to install Cloud Pay Display app on clover device using sandbox account

I am unable to install Cloud Pay Display app on clover device using a sandbox account. I tried from my sandbox account and from Clover device by using More Tools. After searching, and selecting Cloud Pay display, says downloading, but nothing happens. I reset to the factory setting, but still did the same thing. mid=46PG4NH5Q1XG1

I checked the account and saw it installed. Please let us know if you are still experiencing issues.
