Taxes & Fees link missing from the Account & Setup page

On my production account, the link to add tax rates is missing in the Business Operations section, however, it displays correctly on my test account. Please help! production.pngtest.png

Your production is in PaymentPlus plan.

Taxes and Fees ONLY in plan that has Register/Clover Dining APP as their default installation.
