One of our mutual merchants has an issue — their orders from Ecwid are marked as Partially paid even though they were fully paid. I can see that you usually advised disabling the "Default" option for the taxes in the Clover account.
However, this customer can't disable this option as it doesn't allow them to applies tax on their Clover unit in the store for purchases in person.
Is there another option for the merchant to show all orders as Paid without disabling the "Default" option for the taxes?
