Based on your DOCS section “ Configuring the SDK”
and using our iFrame - Public Token key “f79e19….” we continue to get 401 Unauthorized.
Even using your built in testing feature we are still getting same error.
Also, when we search from previous questions/answers anything that seems to shed some light on our problem has the answer removed. I believe this is because it was answered from "David Marginian" who seems to no longer be part of Clover. Please note that his answer may still be valid for us to troubleshoot our issues and should not be blocked because he is deactivated. This leads to most of your knowledge base to have less content.
We need your help as I tried your online support and they we unable to help me other than direct me to post my question here.
