We have been using Clover at a large event processing over 100,000+ transactions a day we have 19 devices on a single VLAN behind a firewall, the event provides us with a 100Mbps/100Mbps we have been averaging around 1Mbps the entire event connection latency is low less than 5ms to Fiserv bank (according to our firewall) all devices are hardwired and we have no issues printing to our receipt printer or doing anything else on the Clovers.
We had no issues up to around 11pm CDT last night where transactions would stop syncing from other devices to our "back office" unit. We are doing something different than most customers, where we enter the tips from the signed credit card receipts using our back office Clover device that sits in the office. The bartenders take all the receipts back every few hours and we adjust the tips manually.
This event would have millions of transactions every day I wonder if we crashed Clovers API server? We have no issues pulling reports, and all transactions are going through successfully, called Clover support and they are not helpful on the weekends. No procedure to higher level support on the weekend or to reach out to see if there is any outages.
