Need to reset 2FA / authentication app

I set up a developer account a couple of months ago, and I don't remember setting up an authentication app, as I don't have any notes of that.

We're unable to login because I don't know where the authentication code is being sent and I have no way to access it.

Can you please restore access to our account? Thanks.

I have reset 2FA for the sandbox account under your email. I did not see any production accounts with your email so please confirm whether this problem has been resolved or not.
