Merchant can't install our app on Clover Mini

Hi there, we have a merchant that is reporting that our app is not available on this device. They are using a Clover mini. Our app is setup to be installable on Clover Mini, so we are wondering why this particular merchant is having an issue? More information in moderator only comment.

Just checking in here, as it seems other folks have the same question. Any updates or anything we can do to troubleshoot?

Hi Rares,

I never saw an email come in from shopventory regarding this. I'll only be able to help then - as I need the merchant ID (not device serial number as you provided) and it's probably best not to publicly post a merchant ID.

As soon as I have that MID I will help you out!
