Cloud Pay Display not available in prod for a merchant in Argentina

Hello, we developed an application of integration type:web for our POS in Latin America. This is a POS that's custom built for our own company (meaning only one merchant will use this app). We want to manage a fleet of 20 Cover Flex devices through Cloud Pay Display (after following https://github.com/clover/codelab-remote-pay-cloud we got it working in the dev sandbox) .

When we tried to move to the production environment we found out Cloud Pay Display application is not listed in the app market, so we can't proceed. Is there a way to get Cloud Pay Display available to our merchant in prod? merchant_id is VWBYVDCF92SX1

After spending many hours with https://github.com/clover/remote-pay-java , it seems that sdk should not be used at all. Sending a SaleRequest doesn't work, despite many other things do work fine (using clover flex).

Our conclusion is that there is no api for merchants in Argentina to use a Clover Flex as a pay display for a POS outside the android device. Your site is very misleading in this regard.
