Is clover going to update its software so we can add images to inventory items?

If the clerk in my store is not familiar with the name of an item, it is time-consuming to go through all the store's items when this could be easily solved with a tiny simple image of the item. Clover is behind with this easy fix for its customers.

There is no plan to display images on the device for the merchant. Images are available via the web dashboard and can be displayed to customers for online ordering.
