Disable Receipt Prompt on Clover Flex

Hello,

We have viewed the following developer docs and see it is possible to disable to receipt prompt on a Clover Flex but are unsure of how we can get this completed for a client using a 3rd party POS and a clover flex as their terminal. (https://docs.clover.com/docs/using-per-transaction-settings#receipts). Can you provide steps on how we can update this or who we can contact who can complete on a merchants behalf?

I don't understand the question, you have linked to the documentation that describes the option you need to set.

We do not know how to make the functionality happen. Is this a setting the developer team can assist with for a merchant? We've reached out to Clover Support and this is the route they suggested we go for support.

Are you a developer building a third party POS, or are you talking about an existing POS that integrates with Clover? If you are talking about an existing POS, I would suggest you contact the developers of the POS, assuming they are integrating wtih us via our Clover Connector SDKs that is an option they need to set in their integration.

Hi David,

We are using an existing 3rd party that can utilize Clover equipment for the pin pad (Vend by Lightspeed) this POS has it's own printer so we need the Clover to not prompt for receipt which is not controlled by the POS provider.

Ok, this isn't a Clover question, contact the developer of the POS. If they are using our SDKs then they can set this option in their integration.
