How much time will developer relation team take to assign any member

Hi,

I tried to connect developer relation team, they replied to assign me a clover developer relation team member. but more than 15 day's have been passed and I did not get any reply from developer relation team. does anyone know how much time does developer relation team takes to assign any member.

15 days seems too long. Let me see if I can find out what is going on.
