Customer scanning QR code with Station Duo terminal camera

We want customers to be able to scan a QR code with the camera on the Station Duo terminal (the customer facing screen) in order to login to our application. Is this use-case supported? If so, can the camera be in an "always-on" state, ready to detect QR codes, or does it need to be turned on through customer input (tapping a button, etc.)?

Can you describe more for your use case?

e.g., for Merchant facing, user has to click the barcode button and then a preview window show on the right-bottom side.

I don't understand why customer wants to login to the app in merchant's device. Can he operate the app in Clover device?
