At the beginning of this week we moved our franchisees from the previous API to the up to date API on Clover. We have been getting reports that the inventory is not auto decrementing with the new API.
Is there a value that we need to check that would prevent it from auto-decrementing? We think we are abiding by the rules but wanted to make sure. Or, is it a problem with the new API that is affecting all Clover API users.
