Do I need to submit app if I use semi-integration for ios?

I want to go live my app to production.

I use semi-integration ios lib. I had submitted my production account for review.

Do I need to submit my app to review too?

But I just use semi-integration ios app, I don't upload the application to the clover market.

Why it's so long to review the application (4-6 weeks), can it's more sooner?

I understand you do not have a native app running on a Clover device, approval is still required, you can read more about approval here - https://docs.clover.com/docs/developer-app-approval (including a video with some reasons why approval is required). I believe the time to approve is more like 6-8 weeks and that can be longer in certain cases.
