We emailed to semi-integrations@clover.com to have an app added to a customers account. It seems these emails are no being accepted as I am not getting any response. Is it possible to add an app to and MID?

Yosbel, this app is not yet submitted for App approval as its in draft mode and its missing vital informations. Please refer to this documentation on how to submit your app for approval, approval process and please also see approval statuses.
Once the app is ready and published contact us again to push this to a merchant. Thank you
