What requests are returning a 500?
Searching for customers sometimes returns 500 error
All customers are gone. This is a serious issue. It's happening on multiple accounts.
What does "searching for customers" mean? Are your merchants doing this from the device, from the web dashboard? Are you using our REST API, can you please provide details on the requests you are making? Can you provide a merchant id (in a moderator's only post please) that is experiencing the issue? Have the impacted merchants contacted Clover support?
