Refund Request Failed - "Could not void/return transaction: TOKEN FAILURE"

When I do refund for semi-integration on clove flex 2 using the javascript example code, I got the the following error,

Can anyone help me? I tried the refund test with debit card and succeeded.

But when I test with the white credit card, I got the error above.
