Clover Station 2018 Crashes Occasionally

We have merchants having issues with the Clover Order App freezing issue.

As we do not have access to the device and the Order App, we cannot help the merchant to figure out what's the problem with the Clover Order App.

Any guide on how to troubleshoot the issue?

The best course of action is to have the merchant contact Clover support.

They suspect one of our app causing the crash. Is it possible? I mean 3rd party app crashing the device?

So, we want to help the merchant to troubleshoot the issue and also to get understanding whether it is related to specific version of our app.

I looked at the merchant's device, and I see two system crashes one on July 15th and one on July 18th. These don't appear to have anything to do with a 3rd party app, but I am not sure.

I see that you reported the issue 10 days ago via email, and these crashes were after that time. I don't see any crashes around 10 days ago. If you want device logs you will need to have the merchant reproduce the issue and then immediately send the logs via the Help app on the device (menu -> diagnostics -> Send device logs).
